Who we are

KLAAST is a direct-to-consumer brand that designs and sells the KLAAST Cordless Turbo Blower and related accessories. Our fulfillment warehouse is located in New Mexico, USA. Our storefront is powered by Shopify.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment you place your order.

Orders

Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we ship the goods. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, we refund you in full within 5 business days.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, processed by Shopify Payments. We never store your full card number on our servers.

Warranty

Every KLAAST Cordless Turbo Blower is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (motor, BMS, switch, housing). The warranty does not cover damage from misuse (dropped on concrete, submerged, opened for modifications) or normal wear (nozzle scuffs, battery capacity loss beyond 3 years). Intellectual property

KLAAST™, the KLAAST logo, StormLink™, and all photography, video, and copy on this website are the property of KLAAST and its licensors. Do not copy, republish, or use them commercially without written permission.

User content

If you submit a photo, review, or comment through our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce it in our marketing, on this website, and on our social channels.

Limitation of liability

The KLAAST Cordless Turbo Blower is a power tool. Use it as instructed: eye protection, no bystanders in the discharge cone, no aiming at people or animals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLAAST is not liable for indirect damages arising from misuse. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
