Shipping policy

US shipping, straight from our New Mexico warehouse.

Where we ship

All 50 US states plus DC, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. No international shipping at this time.

How fast

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days, free on all orders over $99.
• Premium shipping: 2–3 business days, +$15 at checkout.
• Overnight: Available on orders placed before 12pm MT, +$45 at checkout.

Cutoff and processing

Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time (MT) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm MT, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking

You get a shipment tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.

If the package does not arrive

Standard delivery is guaranteed within 7 business days of your order date. If your tracking number stops updating for 5+ business days, email us and we will file a carrier trace or ship a replacement.
