30-day money-back guarantee.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your KLAAST Cordless Turbo Blower for any reason. Used or unused. Opened or unopened. Nozzles fitted or not.

How to start a return

Email us at support@klaast.com with your order number and a one-line note on why it did not work for you. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. You do not pay shipping to send it back.

What you get back

Your full purchase price (minus any applicable discounts you used at checkout), refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the package at our fulfillment warehouse.

The one exception

Batteries that have been physically damaged (crushed, punctured, deeply scratched) cannot be resold and are non-refundable for safety reasons. Everything else — even a blower that was used to dry three cars — comes back.

Damaged in shipping?

Send a photo of the package and product to support@klaast.com within 48 hours. We replace, no return required.
