90-day money-back guarantee.

You have 90 days from the delivery date to return your KLAAST Cordless Turbo Blower for any reason. Used or unused. Opened or unopened. Nozzles fitted or not.

How to start a return

Email contact@klaast.com with your order number and a line on why it did not work for you. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. You pay nothing to send it back.

What you get back

Your full purchase price, less any discount applied at checkout, refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the parcel reaching us.

The one exception

Batteries that have been physically damaged, meaning crushed, punctured or deeply scratched, cannot be resold and are not refundable, for safety reasons. Everything else comes back, including a blower that has already dried three cars.

Damaged in shipping

Send a photo of the package and the product to contact@klaast.com within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it, with no return required.
